Anwar Hossain is a highly regarded academic leader with over 12 years of enriching experience in higher education, specializing in Business and Management, Economics, Financial Management, and Project Management. As the proud Academic Director and Founder of the London College of Business Management and Technology, he is deeply committed to elevating educational quality through innovative and thoughtful academic policies.

 

With an MBA from the University of Roehampton and a BSM from the University of Cambridge, Institute for Sustainability Leadership ), Anwar is currently pursuing a PhD that explores absenteeism in the fast-food industry, drawing valuable insights from the United Kingdom and Bangladesh. He is honoured to be a Fellow of the Commonwealth Academy of Leadership and Management and to hold Chartered Manager status, and he engages actively with various professional associations, including the British Academy of Management.

 

As a Senior Lecturer, Anwar is passionate about course development and inspiring student mentorship. He also plays an important role in academic research as a member of the Editorial Review Board for the Academy of Marketing Study Journal.

Professor Dr. Bruce Duncan, an Emeritus Professor, is a highly regarded academic and educator with extensive experience in teaching, mentoring, and research. He is a regular contributor to the St. Clements University Journal and serves as a lecturer at the Commonwealth Academy of Leadership and Management.

At IFG, he teaches study skills, supports pre-master students, and provides personal tutoring and counselling. Having delivered numerous lectures at the Commonwealth University in Dubai, Professor Duncan also conducts online classes for students from Iran, South Korea, China, and Turkmenistan, a role that expanded significantly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Professor Dr. Duncan has been invited to speak at international forums in various countries, including the United Kingdom, UAE, Canada, Bangladesh, India, Nigeria, Cambodia, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Morocco, and Australia.

 

In addition to his teaching and public speaking, he mentors master’s and PhD students, assisting with proofreading and editing of assignments, dissertations, and theses. Committed to continuous professional development, he prioritizes annual academic growth to stay at the forefront of his field.

Dr Shadrach Iornem

Dr Shadrach Iornem gained both his Masters and PhD at Cardiff Metropolitan University. His main research interest revolves around resilience, personal growth initiatives, and employee productivity in the workplace. He teaches MBA courses on Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Leadership and Culture, and Strategic Management.
 
Dr Iornem has published articles in peer-reviewed journals and has been a regular keynote speaker and chair at many international research and practitioner conferences including the British Academy of Management’s conference. His most recent book, ‘A Social Science Student’s Guide to Surviving Your PhD’, was published by Open University Press.
 
Dr Iornem is a John Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach and has extensive experience in organizing executive education programmes for top executives and senior managers interested in career development. He is a Member of the British Academy of Management and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.
