Dr Md Anwar Hossain is a highly accomplished academic leader and higher education professional with extensive experience in academic management, curriculum development, quality assurance, and international education. He holds a Doctor of Management (DMgt) in Organisational Behaviour and is a Fellow and Ambassador of the Association of Higher Education Professionals (FAHEP), as well as a Chartered Manager (CMgr).

Dr Hossain currently serves as Academic Director at the London College of Business Management and Technology (LCBMT), alongside his roles as Teaching Fellow at the University of Portsmouth London and Senior Lecturer and Module Leader with multiple UK university partnerships, including Bath Spa University, Plymouth Marjon University, and William College London. He also contributes as Adjunct Faculty at the London Graduate School, delivering executive education in leadership and management.

With over a decade of experience across foundation, undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional programmes, Dr Hossain specialises in leadership, organisational culture, business analytics, financial management, and risk management. He is actively involved in quality assurance, assessment design, external examining preparation, and academic governance.

Professor Dr. Bruce Duncan, an Emeritus Professor, is a highly regarded academic and educator with extensive experience in teaching, mentoring, and research. He is a regular contributor to the St. Clements University Journal and serves as a lecturer at the Commonwealth Academy of Leadership and Management.

At IFG, he teaches study skills, supports pre-master students, and provides personal tutoring and counselling. Having delivered numerous lectures at the Commonwealth University in Dubai, Professor Duncan also conducts online classes for students from Iran, South Korea, China, and Turkmenistan, a role that expanded significantly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Professor Dr. Duncan has been invited to speak at international forums in various countries, including the United Kingdom, UAE, Canada, Bangladesh, India, Nigeria, Cambodia, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Morocco, and Australia.

 

In addition to his teaching and public speaking, he mentors master’s and PhD students, assisting with proofreading and editing of assignments, dissertations, and theses. Committed to continuous professional development, he prioritizes annual academic growth to stay at the forefront of his field.

Dr Shadrach Iornem

Dr Shadrach Iornem gained both his Masters and PhD at Cardiff Metropolitan University. His main research interest revolves around resilience, personal growth initiatives, and employee productivity in the workplace. He teaches MBA courses on Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Leadership and Culture, and Strategic Management.
 
Dr Iornem has published articles in peer-reviewed journals and has been a regular keynote speaker and chair at many international research and practitioner conferences including the British Academy of Management’s conference. His most recent book, ‘A Social Science Student’s Guide to Surviving Your PhD’, was published by Open University Press.
 
Dr Iornem is a John Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach and has extensive experience in organizing executive education programmes for top executives and senior managers interested in career development. He is a Member of the British Academy of Management and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.
