Description
Entry Requirment:
Students must have completed a GCSE Qualification and achieved a grade C or above in English, Science and Maths subjects. A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required for entry into a foundation-level course. It is expected that the students would typically have the maturity to undertake this programme at the age of 17.
Progression:
Completing the Level 3 International Foundation in Biology and Chemistry sets the stage for an array of exciting progression opportunities. Students who complete this foundation are well-prepared to advance to first-year university programmes in Medicine, Health Science, Biotechnology, and Chemistry.
Duration:
This qualification is expected to be delivered minimum of 6 months for full-time study. The Colleges/ Schools should make sure the Total Qualification Times (TQM) or National Learning Hours (NLH) are covered as per the qualification requirements. This programme is flexible and delivered face-to-face, distance learning, through lectures, tutorials, seminars.
