Objectives:
This program is designed to provide students with a deeper understanding of the key subjects necessary for managing a successful business in dynamic and challenging environments. It focuses on both theoretical and practical knowledge, with an emphasis on their application in global and local business contexts. This enables learners to consolidate, develop, and demonstrate the core competencies essential for effective HR and leadership skills at every stage of their careers.
Entry Requirements:
This is a standalone qualification, but there are specific entry requirements. Applicants must have obtained one of the following:
–LMQ Level 5 Advanced National Diploma in Business Management
–LMQ Level 6 Graduate Diploma in Business Management
–Any qualification at the same level or higher, as recognised on the NQF or QCF of the United Kingdom or SCQF Level 8 in Business Management
–Relevant national qualification awards at SCQF level or equivalent overseas qualifications, as assessed by UK NARIC, to be comparable to a Level 5 or 6 qualification in the UK (or higher).

Progression:
The LMQ Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Human Resource Management Qualification enables learners to progress into a Master’s degree Top-Up program in the relevant discipline or continue their studies at the same level or higher. Graduates are eligible for advanced standing and can progress to Master’s Top-Up programs at numerous universities in the UK and abroad.
